CJB Restoration ensures quality on job sites through it's conformity with plans and specifications, and by implementing specialized knowledge of home construction and current restoration methods and procedures. Direct involvement in all job coordination and information management enables CJB Restoration to monitor each job's schedules, specifications and budgets from start to finish. CJB has a 13 year history of achieving solid results from implementing unique and flexible restoration procedures.
CJB holds the ability to supervise or assist in all phases of job flow from planning and organizing to onsite construction and restoration.
CJB's 5 Project Managers obtain signed Work Authorizations from the insured at the commencement of work and a signed Completion Certificate at the end of a restoration project to enforce quality control. Project Managers also inspect work throughout the duration of the job to ensure work is meeting the satisfactory requirements of the insured.
CJB Restoration also ensure quality by actively pursuing and acquiring superior industry specific tools and equipment and by remaining up to date in specialized training. To this end CJB has 10,000 sq. ft. of strategic industrial warehouse space and a fleet of equipped vehicles to respond to the wide range of challenges associated with property damage. The company's well earned reputation among Insurance Adjusters also stems largely from our objective approach when employing contractors and in house employees.
Complimented already by it's impressive base of over 100 trade resources, CJB Restoration is only further notable for owning it's own key equipment and for operating 2 of it's own fully functional warehouses.
