RESTORATION REPAIRS
Restoration repairs and procedures can take anywhere from a few days to few months to complete. The process of restoring your home involves not only the supervision of your insurance adjuster, but the scheduling of crews, contractors and tradesmen. This can be a time consuming process at times, so your insurance company will appointed us to manage and co-ordinate this restoration project to speed up this timely process. Once we have been contacted by your insurance company we submit all quotes and estimates to your adjuster for approval before commencing any work in your home.

COURSE OF ACTION 
Here is a brief summary of the emergency and final restoration measures and repairs that may occur in your home : 

  1. Inspection by designated CJB Project Manager (PM)
  2. Work Authorization signed by homeowner and CJB representative. Deductible incurred and payable at this time.
  3. Crew on site responding to EMERGENCY : extensive clean-up and debris removal.
  4. Contents removed as needed and material testing as needed (asbestos, etc.).
  5. PM to bill insurance company and bid on FINAL repairs.
  6. Note : There may be a temporary delay while we wait for Approval from your Insurance Adjuster.
  7. Sub contractor and tradesmen scheduling.
  8. Final restoration repairs and clean-up.
  9. Contents returned and Final Inspection.
  10. Signing of Completion Sheet and PM to bill insurance company.
